ਬਾਬਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਇੰਜੀਅਨਰਿੰਗ ਕਾਲਜ, ਫ਼ਤਹਿਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ ਦਾ ਨੰਗਾ ਨਾਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ ਕਦਾਚਿਤ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੋਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਦਾਰੇ, ਗੈਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੋੰ ਮੁਕਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ ਤਾਂ ਸਿੱਟੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਨਿਕਲਣਗੇ।
At Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib, non-Panjabi students have performed a blatant action of hooliganism. Speaking in this regard, Bhai Amritpal Singh said that such misdeeds will not be tolerated. He said that the office bearers of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee should immediately realize that if the Sikh institutions are not freed from the influence of non-Sikhs, the consequences will be more dire.
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਫ਼ਤਹਿਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਕਾਲਜ ‘ਚ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥ ਪਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਥਾਵੇਂ ਕੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਰਮਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਕੀ ਹੈ? ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਉੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਝੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਚੰਦ ਛਿੱਲੜਾਂ ਖਾਤਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁੰਡੇ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ‘ਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਖਵੇਂ ਕੋਟਾ 80 ਫ਼ੀਸਦ ਹਕੀਕੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੈਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਨੁਪਾਤ ਵੀ 95:5 ਤਹਿ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾੜਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਖ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਗਾਰਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਣਾ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Speaking about the hooliganism committed by non-Panjabi students due to drugs in Baba Banda Singh Bahadur College of Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, Bhai Amritpal Singh said that the Punjab government should take strict action against these anti-social elements. He said that if the Sikh employees are not safe in the Sikh institution running in Punjab, then what will happen in other places.
Bhai Amritpal Singh questions the office-bearers of the S.G.P.C. to clarify that what is the purpose of these educational institutions built with Sikh capital and resources? Lakhs of Sikh students in Punjab and other areas are deprived of higher education and the S.G.P.C. is providing a platform for hooliganism against Sikhs by recruiting non-Sikhs in colleges for the sake of economical gain.
Bhai Amritpal Singh said that the reserved quota of Sikh students in Sikh institutions should be implemented as 80 percent. The ratio of non-Sikh students coming from other states should also be fixed at 95:5. He admonished the non-Sikhs students that they should stop testing the patience of Sikhs in Panjab and that playing with fire is very dangerous.
